• Firewall Care – Provides 24×7 monitoring and alerting for your firewall, along with automated firmware updates, configuration backups, and content filtering updates.

Our elevated tier includes all the services provided with Lanlogic Basic along with the following:

• Help Desk Support – Central point of contact for business-hours end-user support.
• Desktop Backup – Provides a cloud – backup of your desktops to protect your end-user data.
