As the Director of Managed Services for Lanlogic, Amy is responsible for maintaining the consistent delivery of monthly services for Lanlogic customers. She oversees the Help Desk, as well as all the backend services that ensure customers’ infrastructures and data are safe and secure. Priding herself in the hard work she puts in every day to provide a high level of service to Lanlogic’s customers, Amy has a number of technical certifications from multiple vendors and lives by the credo “Whatever You Do, Do it Well”. She lives in Tracy, CA with her husband and 2 children. When Amy’s not on the job you can usually find her hanging out at Starbucks with an iced coffee, sitting on the couch chatting with her family, or watching a crime drama on Netflix.
Amy graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration degree, majoring in Finance
